I'm pleased to be able to post our newest achievement. Our listing on Loyola Drive, Santa Clara was sold within six days of being on the market. This isn't even the crazy part; are you ready for this? We received an incredible amount of interest with 51 offers (the standard is usually 5 to 10). This exemplifies the extent of just how much we can do as experienced realtors for any home. This has set the record for our area and the real estate community is ablaze talking about just how amazing this is.
